We’re still flexible with changes; instead of canceling last minute, rescheduling to another day will be highly encouraged if you really don't need us to come by that day.

Clients can have a variety of walk lengths, like a 30 minute visit on Monday & 60 minute visit on Wednesday or 60 minutes Monday & Friday, but Tuesdays are 30 minutes. You’ll simply have a more reliable and consistent visit time, on the same days each week/month and we'll be enforcing our 2 visit per week minimum policy.
